Introductory TRUST Migraine Consultation

Service Description

Clients book an introductory consultation which is a 75 minute session prior to which a pre-consultation form is sent out to be completed prior to the session for review. The session will be a deeper dive into medical history, family medical history and current symptoms, any known triggers and migraine patterns. Following the session, Nicci will develop a TRUST Method Migraine recommendation which will include some of the following: 1) Specific laboratory tests to ascertain the underlying causes of your migraines 2) Meditation/yoga/breathwork practices - these can be accessed through the website to be practiced at home (some clients like to kickstart these practices with a dedicated 1:1 session so they completely understand the practices) 3) Nutritional therapy protocol - the client will book a nutrition session and a bespoke protocol will be developed based upon laboratory results 4) Ancestral craniosacral therapy - the client receives a pre-consultation form to ascertain, epigenetic patterns inhereted through their family lineage which may be contributing to their migraine. This session is 75 minutes and combines family constellation work with ancestral craniosacral therapy work - it is profound, very gentle and relaxing. 5) Craniosacral therapy - clients will be invited to attend a series of craniosacral therapy sessions to address their inflammation in the cranium, rebalance their nervous system and deeply relax the body. Each TRUST Method recommendation is unique to the client depending upon health goals and current symptoms.
