Online retreat for 1.5 hours on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th June will teach you the fundamentals of living a long and healthy life, based upon the latest research from longevity scientists and functional medical doctors including Dr Hyman and Dr Kara Fitzgerald. There will be two sessions: Saturday 3rd June 10-11.30am: Overview of longevity science and the key principles. Guided meditation Sunday 4th June 10-11.30am Putting it into practice - functional medicine pillars for longevity. Guided meditation Throughout the weekend we will be following three key practices for longevity - these will be shared with you the week before, so you have the food/drinks and everything you need to start putting your longevity programme in place. There are two options for this retreat: Option 1: Join the retreat learn the fundementals of longevity and start putting them into practice Option 2: Get your biological age tested so you know your baseline score Option two allows you to get your biological age tested before the retreat so you know what you've got to gain by reducing it. Some people in their 50s have a biological age in their 30s or 40s, however others are closer to their chronological age or older.
