MY PHILOSOPHY

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE,  CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY,  YOGA

Nicci Parry BSc (Hons), MSc, Adv. Dip NHF, RCST, AFMCP graduate, 300, 500 Hr & Post Grad YTT

Nicci Parry founded her integrative healthcare practice in 2011 with a vision of combining the best of conventional healthcare with evidence-based holistic medicine. Having worked in healthcare since 1994, including medical research, pharmaceuticals and healthcare communications, she understands the strengths of allopathic medicine while recognising the importance of understanding the underlying biology contributing to each person's symptoms.

As a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, yoga teacher and former medical researcher, Nicci takes a whole-person approach to health. She combines advanced laboratory testing, detailed clinical investigation and personalised nutrition with nervous system regulation through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, helping clients optimise their health and wellbeing.

Her clinical practice has evolved to specialise in supporting adults and children with neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), migraine and chronic headache, perimenopause and menopause, gut health, and mums, babies and children's health. Her approach focuses on understanding the biological factors contributing to symptoms and developing individualised programmes of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, targeted supplementation and Craniosacral Therapy to help clients function at their very best.

Committed to lifelong learning, Nicci undertakes advanced postgraduate education each year, with a particular interest in Functional Medicine, nutrigenomics and neurodevelopment. She is also co-founder of Heartfelt Learning, a postgraduate training academy for Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy practitioners.

Nicci is a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) and has completed postgraduate training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She consults from her home clinic in West Sussex and from Lanserhof at The Arts Club, an integrated wellness clinic in Mayfair, London, where she works collaboratively alongside other healthcare professionals to provide truly integrated care.

Whether supporting a family preparing for pregnancy, a child with neurodivergent challenges, someone living with chronic migraine, or a woman navigating menopause, Nicci's aim is always the same: to help you understand your underlying biology and create a personalised roadmap towards better health, greater resilience and lasting wellbeing.
