CANCELLATIONS POLICY - The clinic aims to support and care for all clients, therefore we require 48 hours notice otherwise full payment will be invoiced. We encourage clients to rebook within 2 weeks of a cancellation for continuity of care and to reduce the cancellation charge by 50%.
