Nutritional therapist, Yoga Instructor & Craniosacral Therapist

Supporting clients with craniosacral therapy to alleviate pain and trauma, nutritional therapy to address the underlying causes of health concerns and yoga to strengthen the mind, body and spirit connection.

My Story

Nicci Parry has been working in healthcare for close to 30 years. She started her career in medical research, and then moved into the conventional medical field for many years. Some issues with her own health led her down the path of complementary health, which led her to discover the efficacy of nutrition, craniosacral therapy, yoga and meditation, and their role within the integrated health model alongside conventional medicine.

She qualified as a yoga instructor in 2010, a nutritional therapist in 2012 and a biodynamic craniosacral therapist in 2019. She brings these three modalities together with her knowledge of conventional medicine to develop tailored complementary health programmes for clients with a wide range of conditions alongside the advice provided by their GP or consultant.

Depending on what clients are presenting with, she may utilise several diagnostic tests to examine mineral deficiencies, metal toxicities and food intolerances to understand the underlying effects of conditions. She develops a clear plan for each client based upon their medical history and current symptoms which may involve one or more of her offerings to optimise their health.

Since qualifying her research and postgraduate training has focused on female and infant health, supporting:

  • Couples prior to conception to provide the best possible environment for a healthy child

  • Mums during pregnancy to alleviate unwanted symptoms, then just before birth to connect with their baby and during labour for a smooth birth

  • Mums and babies postpartum to alleviate any birth trauma and support the bonding within the family unit

  • Infant development throughout childhood

  • Women through pre, peri and menopausal phases

She has had a lot of success with clients suffering with consistent headaches/migraines, tinnitus and anxiety.
