Introducing Neuro-gifted family health

YOUR JOURNEY TO BETTER HEALTH STARTS HERE

Introducing Neuro-Gifted Family Health - Helping children and families move from surviving to thriving.

For many years I've had the privilege of supporting children and adults who experience the world differently. Whether they have ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, anxiety, emotional overwhelm or simply experience life more intensely, one thing has become increasingly clear to me:

When we support the biology, we create the opportunity for the individual to flourish.

I'm therefore delighted to announce the launch of Neuro-Gifted Family Health—a new focus within my Functional Medicine and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy practice.

This sits alongside my work supporting fertility, pregnancy, mums and babies, women's health and migraines, bringing together my passion for caring for families through every stage of life.

Looking Beyond the Diagnosis

Every child is unique. Rather than asking, "What's wrong?" I ask, "What is this child's body trying to tell us?"

Together we explore the factors that influence the developing brain and nervous system, including gut health, nutrition, inflammation, sleep, nutrient status, stress and environmental influences. By addressing these foundations, many children become more regulated, resilient and able to express the wonderful qualities that make them who they are.

One young client recently experienced such a positive change after making dietary changes that her family, riding teacher and school teacher noticed a significant improvement in her emotional regulation and behaviour within just ten days. Every child responds differently, but moments like these remind me how remarkable the body's capacity for healing can be.

Why "Neuro-Gifted"?

Recent conversations around neurodivergence have inspired me to think differently. Influenced by the work of Dr Gabor Maté, The Telepathy Tapes and Veda Austin's perspectives on consciousness, I increasingly see many neurodivergent children not as "broken", but as children with unique strengths and gifts that deserve understanding and support.

Too many families feel overwhelmed and unsupported. My aim is to help children feel healthier, calmer and more connected, while giving parents practical tools and answers that enable the whole family to thrive.

I truly believe these children have extraordinary potential, and that by supporting their underlying biology we create the conditions for that potential to shine.

Come and Celebrate the Launch!

I'm excited to officially launch Neuro-Gifted Family Health at the Good Vibrations Society Festival on Saturday 1st August, where I'll be giving my talk:
