Service Description

Yoga classes support practitioners to improve their strength and flexibility and unwind from their daily lives. Each term Nicci focuses on different asanas, breathing practices and meditations to allow practitioners to drop into themselves and align with the time of year. Practicing yoga aligned to the seasons allows us to support organs and our physiology aligned with that season through the Ayurvedic system. This allows the practice of yoga to become a nurturing therapy as part of our wellbeing plan. Monday evenings in the Arc Hall, Hoathly Hill, West Sussex 7.30-8.45pm
